Cross Fit: Part 1
When motivation fades and distraction takes over, spiritual growth can feel accidental instead of intentional. In week one of CrossFit, Pastor Paul turns to 1 Timothy 4:7–8 to remind us that you don’t drift into strength, you train into it. Just as physical fitness requires repetition and discipline, so does godliness. Salvation is a moment, but formation is a process. As we reject spiritual myths and embrace intentional habits, we position ourselves for grace to shape our character and transform our lives from the inside out.
