God Is Calling: Part 1

When we think about God’s calling, we often focus on what we’re supposed to do, but God is far more concerned with who we are becoming. In week one of God Is Calling, Pastor Paul walks through 1 Peter 1:15–16 to reveal that God’s call begins with holiness, not as a standard to achieve, but as an identity to receive in Christ. Holiness is not about trying harder or fixing yourself, but about living from the new identity God has already given you through Jesus. As we let go of what holds us back and begin to follow Him in our daily decisions, we move from striving for approval to living as sons and daughters who already belong.
